ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL BOARD SPECIAL MEETING
JULY 7, 2020
TELEPHONIC MEETING

Pursuant to Alaska Statutes 04.06.050, the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board is holding a special meeting on July 7, 2020, to address outstanding liquor license applications and/or renewals and protests that will come before it.  The board may hold hearings to ascertain the reaction of the public and a local governing body to license applications pursuant to AS 04.11.510(b)(2) when required by AS 04.11.470, AS 04.11.480, or on the board’s own initiative.

The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 7, 2020, and will be held telephonic only.

The public call in number for the meeting is 1-800-315-6338, code 69173#. The meeting is open to the public to attend at any time during the meeting. The board will reserve a time period on Tuesday, July 7, 2020, for public comment regarding items not on the agenda and not relating to regulations currently out for public comment.  

The State of Alaska Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development and the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board comply with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
