On December 3, 2019, the Big Game Commercial Services Board adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 75 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations concern guide use areas, contracts between guide-outfitters and clients, transportation services, and experience requirements.
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on June 16, 2020, and will go into effect on July 16, 2020. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.
The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 235, October 2020 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
