The State of Alaska, Department of Military and Veterans’ Affairs, Facilities Management Office, Environmental Section is Seeking Proposals from Qualified Contractors to provide emergency spill response services for the Alaska Army National Guard within the State of Alaska as specified within this RFP, resulting in the award of a Master Agreement (MA) contract.

SEALED PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE DMVA, DIVISION OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES, PROCUREMENT SECTION AND MUST BE TIME AND DATE STAMPED BY THE PURCHASING SECTION NO LATER THAN 2:00 PM ALASKA STANDARD TIME June 9, 2020.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal Tele-conference will be held at 10:00 AM, Alaska Time, on May 26, 2020. The purpose of the conference is to discuss the work to be performed with the prospective offerors and allow them to ask questions concerning the RFP. Questions and answers will be transcribed and sent to prospective offerors.
