NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
The Department of Education and Early Development, Division of Finance and Support Services is cancelling RFP 200000085 STATEWIDE THROUGH-YEAR ASSESSMENT SERVICES and rejecting all offers.
This decision is based on the following criteria contained in the State Procurement Regulations, 2 AAC 12.860:
(3) the solicitation did not provide for consideration of all factors of significance to the state;
(7) the award is not in the best interests of the state.

The Department of Education & Early Development (DEED), Division of Finance and Support Services on behalf of the Division of Innovation and Education Excellence is soliciting proposals through AS 36.30.850(b)(47) for the development of a through-year assessment.
If your firm is able to provide these services as specified, please return a proposal using requested format in the documents provided. Proposals are due no later than 2:00pm Alaska Time on June 9, 2020.
