Addendum One

Addendum One provides changes to the RFQ and changes the deadline for submission of Quotes.

The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is soliciting quotes from qualified vendors to provide Kofax Capture version 11.0 or latest software, and unlimited telephonic support with installation, licensing, and troubleshooting the Kofax software. The term of the resulting contract will be from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021, with four one-year renewal options to be exercised at the sole discretion of DNR. Before contract renewal options are exercised, DNR and the contractor will negotiate renewal rates.
