NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF EMERGENCY REGULATION
ON RESPONSE TO COVID-19 OUTBREAK-TRANSPORTATION REPEAL OF MARIJUANA CONTROL BOARD
On May 7, 2020, the Marijuana Control Board adopted, as an emergency regulation, changes in 3 AAC 306 of the Alaska Administrative Code dealing with COVID-19 outbreak, including the following:
(1) 3 AAC 306.750(a) is amended, and 3 AAC 306.750(h) is repealed, regarding transportation of marijuana in response to COVID-19 outbreak
The emergency regulation takes effect May 7, 2020, and will expire August 14, 2020. The expiration date follows the original emergency regulation effective date of April 17, 2020. The Marijuana Control Board does not intend to make the emergency regulation permanent.
