REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 2020-0300-4557 As-needed legal services for AIDEA and AEA

The State of Alaska Department of Law is soliciting proposals on behalf of its client agencies the Alaska Industrial Export and Development Authority (AIDEA) and Alaska Energy Authority (AEA) for multiple contracts for as-needed legal services on a variety of topics of interest to the Authorities.   The RFP and its attachments are posted below.  Required attachments are also provided in their original formats to assist applicants. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE:  Interested parties should register their interest in applying by emailing the procurement officer Patricia.Hull@alaska.gov.   Failure to register may result in the applicant not receiving amendments to the RFP. 

DEADLINE:  Amendment 3 reopens this solicitation. The new deadline is by 4pm prevailing Alaska Time on July 29th, 2020.  It is preferred applicants submit proposals via email to 03Procurements@alaska.gov according to instructions in the RFP.

QUESTIONS: Questions about this RFP should be made in writing to the procurement officer no later than  July 17th, 2020.
