NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

2020 DOA Architectural/Engineering Services Term Agreement for
Southeast State of Alaska Buildings
RFP No. 25202069 

The State of Alaska Department of Administration, Division of General Services, Shared Services of Alaska is seeking multi-disciplinary Architectural-Engineering and related professional services to support space planning, planning, design, and construction of Southeast State of Alaska Buildings projects under DOA’s delegation, primarily those projects required by the management of tenant leases.  A single, state-funded Term Agreement will be awarded.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is a four year term, approximately July 2020 through June 2024, with one additional year available to finish prior authorized services.  Total payments under this agreement shall not exceed $1,000,000 for the entire term of the agreement. 

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available April 22, 2020, and may be downloaded from the RFP website (see link below).

DOT&PF is advertising this solicitation for DOA and conducting the Evaluation Process with DOA.  DOT & PF will also participate in the negotiations of the resultant contract and the award of the contract. 

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than May 18, 2020, 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
