Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and performing all work on Project Nos. 0002465/NFHWY00434 & 0002466/NFHWY00482, FAST Area Surface Upgrades FFY2020 & FAST Intersection Improvements: 1st Avenue and 10th Avenue described herein, will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, May 14, 2020, in the Office of the Contracts Engineer, Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska.
The project consists of resurfacing pavement, replacing pavement markings, replacing sidewalk curb with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant curb ramps at street corners, and installing cross culverts on various streets and sidewalks in Fairbanks and North Pole.
The project also consists of improving intersections in the City of Fairbanks: 1st Avenue and Lacey Street and 10th Avenue and Lathrop Street.
Engineer's Estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
The project completion date is October 31, 2020.
