NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF EMERGENCY REGULATION

ON RESPONSE TO COVID-19 OUTBREAK OF MARIJUANA CONTROL BOARD

On April 17, 2020, the Marijuana Control Board adopted, as an emergency regulation, changes in 3 AAC 306 of the Alaska Administrative Code dealing with COVID-19 outbreak, including the following:

(1)        3 AAC 306.305(a) and 3 AAC 306.310(a) are amended, and 3 AAC 306.995 is a new section, to allow retail marijuana stores to provide  curbside pickup of marijuana or marijuana products.

The emergency regulation took effect April 17, 2020, and will expire August 14, 2020. The Marijuana Control Board does not intend to make the emergency regulation permanent.
