NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF EMERGENCY REGULATION

ON RESPONSE TO COVID-19 OUTBREAK OF MARIJUANA CONTROL BOARD

 

On April 17, 2020, the Marijuana Control Board adopted, as an emergency regulation, changes in 3 AAC 306 of the Alaska Administrative Code dealing with COVID-19 outbreak, including the following:

(1)        3 AAC 306.750(a) is amended, and 3 AAC 306.750(h) is a new section, regarding transportation of marijuana in response to COVID-19 outbreak

The emergency regulation takes effect April 17, 2020 and will expire August 14, 2020. The Marijuana Control Board does not intend to make the emergency regulation permanent.
