Notice is hereby given that the Department of Environmental Conservation, as provided by 18 AAC 76.040, finds the following project qualifies for a Categorical Exclusion (CE) to the Environmental Review Procedures of the Alaska Clean Water Loan Fund:
Municipality of Anchorage - Anchorage Water and Wastewater Utility
W 72nd Avenue Trunk Rehabilitation
This project will line with cured in place pipe a 15-inch corrugated metal pipe sewer trunk that has failed as a result of corrosion.
All work for this project is within previously developed rights-of-way, and will have no impact on any adjacent undeveloped properties or waters. The project will not directly or indirectly adversely affect any of the following:
1. Cultural resource areas;
2. Endangered or threatened species or their habitat;
3. Environmentally important natural areas.
The project will not have a significant adverse effect on the quality of the environment, either individually or cumulatively over time, or in conjunction with other federal, state, local, or private actions.
