Summary:The Department of Health and Social Services - Division of Behavioral Health (DBH), In cooperation with the Alaska Criminal Justice Commission (ACJC), and the Department of Corrections (DOC), require the services of a contractor to provide a recidivism reduction program that provides reentry services in Anchorage, Alaska for probationers, parolees, or individuals who are within six (6) months of release from a correctional institution. The goal of the program is to increase public safety by reducing the amount of repeat felony crimes committed by offenders returning to the community.
