NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Central Region Public Involvement Event Planning Services
RFP Number 25202063

The Contractor shall perform all work necessary to organize, facilitate, and coordinate public involvement event planning for events presenting information on multiple transportation projects being developed within a given geographic area of the Contracting Agency’s Central Region. Geographic areas include the Municipality of Anchorage and the Matanuska-Susitna Borough. The Contracting Agency reserves the right to negotiate and add a Kenai Peninsula Borough event by amendment if funding is available; however, it is under no obligation to do so.  

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the initial Agreement is approximately April 2020 to April 2021.  Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $50,000 to $100,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available March 4, 2020.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than March 26, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
