REMOTE FUEL DELIVERY AND CONTAINMENT/PUMPING SERVICES

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION:
The State of Alaska, Department of Natural Resources is requesting information from qualified companies that can provide jet A fuel and containment/pumping services to Lake Minchumina, Alaska.  

The proposed scope of work is identified below:

Provide jet A fuel, containment/pumping services to Lake Minchumina, Alaska for the Division of Forestry. Estimated 9,600 gallons of jet A fuel required and storage necessary for containment/pumping of fuel.

Project timeline is as follows (the dates identified below are subject to change based on agency needs):

  • Services begin – Approximately July 1, 2020
  • Project duration – Approximately August 6, 2020

 HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Interested companies must submit a written response that provides information as it relates to their experience based on the proposed scope of work above.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: This Request for Information does not constitute nor guarantee that the State will proceed with a solicitation for the requested services. The State is not responsible for any costs associated with the preparation of any response to this request. However, if this request draws sufficient interest from companies capable of providing the requested services, a solicitation may be issued.  

RESPONSE DEADLINE: Responses must be received by the Procurement Manager no later than 3:00p.m. AST (Alaska Standard Time) on March 10, 2020.

Please Note: The maximum size of a single email (including all text and attachments) that can be received by the state is 20mb (megabytes). If the email containing the response exceeds this size, the response must be sent in multiple emails that are each less than 20 megabytes.
