The Department of Health and Social Services, Division of Finance & Management Services, seeks proposals from eligible applicants to provide services through the Community Initiative Matching Grants Program.

A pre-proposal teleconference will be held on Wednesday February 19, 2020 beginning at 9:00 AM prevailing local time. Participants can join the teleconference at 800-315-6338 using access code 08216. Questions and answers from the teleconference will be published as an amendment to the solicitation.
