NOTICE OF ADOPTED CHANGES TO THE REGULATIONS OF THE BOARD OF DENTAL EXAMINERS

On December 6, 2019, the Board of Dental Examiners adopted regulation changes to Title 12, Chapter 28 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations concern sedation permit reinstatement, continuing education for restorative function endorsements and certificates, ethical standards, and examination requirements.

The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on February 4, 2020, and will go into effect March 5, 2020. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.

The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 233, April 2020 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
