CONSTRUCTION INVITATION FOR QUOTES (IFQ’s)

Sealed bids in single copy for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all work on Project No. 20-25SC-1-020; Akutan Airport Maintenance, described herein, will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time , at the Construction Contracts Office, 1st Floor, 6860 Glacier Highway, Juneau, Alaska.

This State funded project will require the furnishing of all labor, tools, local supervision, and perform routine summer and winter maintenance of the airport facility including preventative maintenance on Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities owned maintenance equipment, building structures and roadways located on airport property unless otherwise designated in accordance with the contract documents.  The State may opt to offer renewal of this contract for Four (4) additional one (1) year periods.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $100,000 and $200,000. All work shall be completed by June 30, 2021.
