Authorized uses: Non-aeronautical - For continued use for operation and maintenance of building for drill core logging, sampling, and storage. Outside storage of covered pallets of rock core and lessee's equipment on the existing gravel pad. Parking for lessee's vehicles and equipment. Handling and storage of heating oil (up to 300 gallons) as required for building furnace.

This is an application filed under AS 02.15.090(c), which allows the Department to grant the proposed lease term extension without competition. Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., February 14, 2020, after which the Department will determine whether or not to extend the lease.
