NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS

The Board of Regents is scheduled to hold the following meetings:

Board officers and committee chairs will hold a special meeting via audio conference on Thursday, January 23, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. to review the topics suggested for the February 20-21, 2020 meeting of the board.  No action will be taken at this meeting.

The Board of Regents will hear public testimony via statewide audio conference on Monday, February 10, 2020 from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. For additional information regarding public testimony visit: http://www.alaska.edu/bor/public-testimony/

The Academic and Student Affairs Committee of the Board of Regents will hold a meeting Thursday, February 13, 2020 in Room 204, Butrovich Building, University of Alaska Fairbanks campus, Fairbanks, Alaska from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The committee will review and recommend items to the full board for approval during its February 20-21, 2020 meeting. No public testimony will be taken.

The Facilities and Land Management Committee of the Board of Regents will hold a meeting Thursday, February 13, 2020 in Room 204, Butrovich Building, University of Alaska Fairbanks campus, Fairbanks, Alaska from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The committee will review and recommend items to the full board for approval during its February 20-21, 2020 meeting. No public testimony will be taken.

The Audit Committee of the Board of Regents will hold a meeting Friday, February 14, 2020 in Room 204, Butrovich Building, University of Alaska Fairbanks campus, Fairbanks, Alaska from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The committee will review and recommend items to the full board for approval during its February 20-21, 2020 meeting. No public testimony will be taken.

The Board of Regents will hold a regular meeting of the Full Board on Thursday and Friday, February 20-21, 2020 in Room 109, Butrovich Building, University of Alaska Fairbanks campus, Fairbanks Alaska. Public testimony will be available at 8:15 a.m. on Thursday, February 20. 

These meetings are open to the public with the exception of executive sessions.
