The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) has determined that the Matanuska Susitna Borough (MSB) application for adding a new construction and demolition (C&D) waste cell to the Palmer Central Landfill is complete. ADEC is proposing to issue a revised solid waste permit for the facility.

OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC PARTICIPATION:
ADEC is seeking comment regarding the proposed permit only. Notice is given that any person interested may present written comments relevant to the proposed permit to ADEC. Written comments will be included in the record if received before 5:00 p.m. on January 24, 2020.
