PROPOSAL TO LEASE STATE LAND AT FAIRBANKS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, State of Alaska, proposes to execute a Land Lease at Fairbanks International Airport for Block 4, Lot 2, containing approximately 204,429 square feet. The file number is ADA-90877, and the applicant is LifeMed Alaska, LLC. The term of the lease is 55 years commencing January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2075. Annual rent for the land is 24,531.48, at the rate of $0.12 per square foot per year.
Written comments or competing applications must be received by 5 p.m., December 27th, 2019, after which the airport manager will determine whether or not to execute the lease.
