INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Anchorage/Eagle River Snow Removal Truck Rental, Contract Number 19-25-1-042, will be received before 2:00 p.m., December 6, 2019 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This State funded contract shall provide for the hourly rental of end dump trucks and side dump trucks with operators on an as-needed basis for the Anchorage/Eagle River Maintenance Area for winter snow removal operations.

Basis of Award: Bids will be compared on the basis of adjusted basic bid amount after applying applicable bidder preferences.  Contract award will be made in the amount of the unit prices for each item.

The Department may opt to offer renewal of this contract for five (5) additional one (1) year periods.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $200,000 and $500,000 (for the initial period of performance). The Project completion date will be April 30, 2020.
