NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LAND LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (Airport) proposes to execute a Land Lease under ADA-32310, as follows:  LESSEE: Alaska CargoPort LLC  PREMISES:  Block 27, Lot 10, consisting of approximately 1,350,000 square feet.  LEASE TERM: Fifty-five (55 years).  LEASE RENTAL RATE: $0.18 per square foot per year  PROPOSED VALUE OF INVESTMENT: $110,000,000. AUTHORIZED USES:  Develop, construct, operate and maintain a UPS flight operations building, warehousing and sort operations, the build-up and break down of freight, air cargo transfer, aircraft parking and maintenance for 747-8 aircraft, ground handling and support maintenance, associated equipment storage and maintenance, aircraft de-icing, vehicle parking and office support.

Box 196960, Anchorage, Alaska, 99519-6960, but must be received by 5:00 P.M. on or before December 16, 2019, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the Land Lease.
