The State of Alaska, Department of Law is requesting proposals for litigation support for Janus-related lawsuits. Offerors must meet minimum qualifications including:  membership in the U.S. Supreme Court Bar; an office in the Washington-DC metro area; and appearance before the Supreme Court.

Deadline for proposals is 4:00 pm Alaska Time, December 2, 2019. Services are anticipated to begin approximately December 18, 2019 and continue until the resolution of the matter.
