ALASKA OIL AND GAS CONSERVATION COMMISSION

Re:       Cook Inlet Energy, LLC.

            Request for reconsideration regarding recently adopted bonding regulations and request to

            consolidate bonding requirements

            20 AAC 25.025

Cook Inlet Energy, LLC. requested the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (AOGCC) reconsider bonding amounts that were established when 20 AAC 25.025 was adopted May 18, 2019.

The AOGCC has scheduled a public hearing on this application for February 12, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. at 333 West 7^th Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska 99501

In addition, written comments regarding this application may be submitted to the AOGCC, at 333 West 7^th Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska 99501.  Comments must be received no later than the conclusion of the February 12, 2020 hearing.
