CAMPUS WIDE FLOORING MAINTENANCE SERVICES

The University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF) is seeking Proposals to create a pool of three (3) term contractors to perform general flooring installation and related services with projects of a reoccurring nature with delivery and schedules indefinite. Total annual contract amount shall not exceed $200,000 with each individual project not exceeding $25,000. The initial term will be from the date of award through December 31, 2020 with four (4) options to renew.
Selection Process and Basis for Award: Proposals will be evaluated based on Performance and Price Proposals. Only Offerors meeting the minimum requirements outlined in Section C – Evaluation Criteria and Scoring will be considered during evaluation of Price Proposals. UAF intends to award Contracts to the responsive, responsible Offerors whose Proposals, conforming to the RFP requirements, receives the highest total number of evaluation points, price and other factors considered.

RFP documents may also be viewed at the office of Division of Design and Construction, University of Alaska, 1850 Tanana Loop, Lola Tilly Building, UAF Campus, Fairbanks, Alaska.
Offerors must register through the website to be notified of addenda. The Offeror is responsible for periodically checking the site for addenda or additional information for the project.
Pre-Proposal Submittal Conference: There will be no Pre-Proposal Submittal Conference.
Submittal Deadline: Proposals must be received by UAF by 5:00 p.m. Alaska local time, Monday, November 25, 2019, at the address listed below. Any proposal not received by that date and time will not be considered.
Proposed Schedule: Subject to the requirements and constraints outlined in the paragraph below, the University estimates the following schedule:
