Review of a plan renewal application package for an Oil Discharge Prevention and Contingency Plan that is required to commit adequate resources to meet all planning requirements for prevention and response for a realistic maximum discharge from the operations of Eareckson Air Station and King Salmon Airport. The regulated tanks at Eareckson Air Station facility has a capacity of storing approximately 6,063,000 gallons. The regulated tanks at King Salmon Airport facility has a capacity of storing approximately 645,000 gallons. The petroleum products handled at both facilities include; diesel fuel, jet fuel and gasoline.

The public comment period for this application begins on October 21, 2019 and ends on November 22, 2019.
