Summary:
The Department of Health & Social Services, Alaska Psychiatric Institute, is soliciting proposals for a study of the feasibility of privatizing the Alaska Psychiatric Institute (API). The services of this contract will provide an analysis of the impact of various models of operation, including remaining solely state-operated, and one, or more, models of privatized operation.
This solicitation replaces a previous solicitation, RFP 200000010.
