RFP 200000023 - HIPAA Certified Secure Dictation Services

The Department of Health and Social Services, Division of Finance and Management Services, is seeking Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliant voice dictation services to be used by staff across the nine divisions. This will enable DHSS staff to dictate text to be transcribed and will allow secure online access to those transcriptions for use with existing department applications.
