Quotes will be accepted until 1:30pm Thursday, September 26, 2019.

Professional Speech Pathology & Audiologist Services are necessary for the Special Education program in its compliance with department and federal regulations. Speech Pathology Services will assist Mount Edgecumbe High School in making legal and ethical special education program decisions and changes. The success of the Speech Pathology Services program will be measured through the success of the students achieving learning goals.

The Contractor will provide speech pathology & audiologist consultation services for the special education program as needed.

This is an informal quotation that will not be read at public opening. The information may be publicly reviewed after award. The terms and conditions should be reviewed and understood before preparing a quote. The quote shall be the best net price, FOB destination, to include all charges, but exclude applicable taxes. Return the quote by the above time and date to the address listed on page 1 of the RFQ. Please reference the Procurement Officer's name and the RFQ number on the outside of the return envelope.
