The purpose of the Lead State in issuing this solicitation is to provide a broader offering of IT Research and Advisory Services needed to support agency IT decisions in order to use IT in the most cost effective and resource efficient manner. It is anticipated that this RFP may result in Master Agreement awards to multiple contractors, in the Lead State’s discretion in consideration of best value.
