Intent of this solicitation:

This solicitation will result in the award of a one year firm term contracts with three possible 1-year renewal options.

SEALED BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE DIVISION OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES AT THE ABOVE ADDRESS AND MUST BE TIME AND DATE STAMPED BY THE PURCHASING SECTION PRIOR TO 2:00 PM ALASKA TIME, October 7th 2019, AT WHICH TIME THEY WILL BE PUBLICLY OPENED.
