NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Knik-Goose Bay Rd Reconstruction: Phase I Fairview Loop to
Palmer-Wasilla Hwy Right of Way Services
RFP Number: 25202012
The Contractor shall provide right of way appraisal, acquisition, and relocation services for the acquisition of property required to build the above referenced project in accordance with the Uniform Relocation and Real Property Acquisition Act, as required in 49 CFR Part 24, and the Department’s Right of Way Manual.
A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately November 2019 to October 2021. Cost of these professional services is expected to be greater than $1,000,000.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available September 5, 2019, and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, AK before 4:00 p.m. Persons residing outside the general vicinity may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408. Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms. Submittals must be received no later than September 26, 2019 at 4:00 p.m., prevailing time.
