The University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA) is requesting proposals for energy performance services from Energy Savings Companies (ESCO). The project will be in three phases. Phase I will be performed through the PSA and include the submittal of an Investment Grade Audit (IGA) and an Energy Savings Proposal (ESP). Phase II will be performed through the PCA and includes the implementation of approved cost-effective projects from the ESP. Implementation includes the management, design, construction, and training of approved projects. Phase III will be performed through the PCA and include verification of guaranteed energy and water savings. UAA reserves the option to stop all work after Phase I is completed and presented. There is no guarantee of project awards or exclusive right to future project awards from UAA. All deliverables in Phase I become the property of the University and potentially used in the development of requirements for future procurements.
