Notice of Application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on August 21, 2019, Time Warner Cable Business LLC (Time Warner Cable) filed an application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (Certificate) to provide intrastate interexchange telephone service in Alaska. Docket No. U-19-083 was opened to address this matter.
Time Warner Cable proposes to provide point-to-point, point-to-multipoint and multipoint-to-multipoint dedicated non-voice high capacity transmission services to business and enterprise customers using facilities leased from other carriers.
The Commission has not assessed the completeness of the application. The Commission may determine whether the application is complete by September 12, 2019.
