BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING NOTICE
The Alaska Railroad Corporation Board of Directors will hold a Special Board Meeting on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at the Alaska Railroad Corporation Headquarters, 327 West Ship Creek Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska 99501, on the 3rd Floor in the Executive Conference Room. PLEASE NOTE A CORRECTED VERSION OF THE AGENDA AND MEETING MATERIALS WERE ATTACHED AT 2:45 P.M. ON AUGUST 20, 2019.
The public is invited to attend this meeting and copies of the agenda and non-confidential materials will be available upon request. A brief period for public testimony will be allowed by the Board concerning agenda items only.
