QUESTIONS PRIOR TO DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS: All questions must be in writing and directed to the procurement officer. The interested party must confirm telephone conversations in writing. The deadline for questions is July 26, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. Alaska Time.

DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS: Proposals must be received no later than 1:30 p.m. Alaska Time on August 1, 2019. Faxed, emailed or oral proposals will not be accepted.

Failure to contact the Procurement Officer may result in the rejection of your offer.
