NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LAND LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (Airport) proposes to execute a Land Lease under ADA-32287, as follows:  LESSEE: Alaska Cargo and Cold Storage LLC  PREMISES:  A portion of Block 34, consisting of approximately twenty-six (26) acres.  LEASE TERM: Fifty-five (55 years).  LEASE RENTAL RATE: $0.18 per square foot per year  PROPOSED VALUE OF INVESTMENT: $200,000,000. AUTHORIZED USES:  Develop, construct, operate and maintain a 700,000 square foot air cargo warehouse, infrastructure and improvements to support cold, warm and general cargo storage warehouse operations to include administrative offices, temporary storage facilities, climate-controlled warehouse facilities and 747 aircraft and vehicle parking.
