NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LAND LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (Airport) proposes to execute a Land Lease under ADA-32294, as follows: LESSEE: 6A-XL Aviation Alaska LLC PREMISES: Block 45, Lot 1, consisting of approximately 1,584,750 square feet. LEASE TERM: Fifty (50 years) LEASE RENTAL RATE: $0.18 per square foot per year. PROPOSED VALUE OF INVESTMENT: $170,000,000. PROPOSED AUTHORIZED USES: Develop, construct, operate and maintain a 500’ x 1000’ quick transfer air cargo warehouse facility, infrastructure and improvements to support applicant’s warehouse operations to include administrative offices and aircraft and vehicle parking.
