Operator for the Alaska Job Center Network
The State of Alaska Department of Labor and Workforce Development (DOLWD) is seeking interest from experienced contractors who can provide One-Stop Operator services to the Alaska Job Center Network (AJCN), with locations throughout the state. The One-Stop Operator will coordinate a system of partner programs and agencies (listed below) to ensuring operation of an accessible AJCN through all the job center facilities in the cities listed below. The One-Stop Operator will also be responsible for:

Ensuring compliance with Federal, State and program policies

Working with partners on the Alaska Job Center Network One-Stop Operator Memorandum of Understanding

Management of the Infrastructure Funding Agreement addendum and ensuring all partners abide by the agreements.
The AJCN provides a variety of services to Alaskans while meeting regulatory guidelines outlined in the U.S. Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) (2014). Entities responding to the RFI must be able to demonstrate in a competitive bid process that they have experience providing management and oversight of services provided by other entities on a statewide basis, and experience adhering to federal or other government performance measures. The primary responsibility of the One-Stop Operator is to ensure that services provided through the AJCN meet the needs of customers (businesses and job seekers) in an efficient and effective manner.

DOLWD is proposing to establish a contract with a maximum length of three (3) years through this procurement process. It is estimated that the total contract value for all years would not exceed $200,000.00. This contract amount will cover all labor and expenses related to providing the services listed above.
