NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

HSIP: Gambell St. and HSIP: Gambell & Ingra Streets Surveying & Mapping Services
RFP Number:  25192068

The Contractor shall provide survey services for two projects: (1) HSIP: Gambell St. Utility Pole Removal & Increased Lighting, and (2) HSIP: Gambell & Ingra Streets Overhead Signal Indication Updates. Services shall include Control, Topographic/Planimetric, Right of Way Surveying, and limited Right of Way Mapping. The Contracting Agency may add Pre- and Post-Construction Surveying by contract amendment, but is under no obligation to do so.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance for the initial Agreement is approximately August 2019 to July 2020.  Cost of these professional services is expected to be between $200,000 and $250,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available June 4, 2019 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:00 p.m. Persons residing outside the general vicinity may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than June 25, 2019, at 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
