NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Central Region 2017 ALP Updates Surveying & Mapping Services
RFP Number:  25192072

The Contractor shall provide Surveying and Mapping services in support of the Contracting Agency’s Aviation Design Section who will update Airport Layout Plans for Akiak and Nikolai. Services include Control Survey, Topographic/Planimetric Survey, Right of Way Survey, Right of Way Mapping, and Aeronautical Survey.  Similar services for Skwentna may be added by contract amendment if funding is available.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance for the initial Agreement is approximately July 2019 to December 2019.  Cost of these professional services is expected to be less than $200,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available June 3, 2019 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:00 p.m. Persons residing outside the general vicinity may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than June 17, 2019, at 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
