In accordance with federal requirements, the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) has prepared the Alaska Clean Water and the Alaska Drinking Water Intended Use Plans for State Fiscal Year 2020. The Intended Use Plans detail the uses, goals, and objectives of the State Revolving Fund Program pursuant to Section 1452 of the Safe Drinking Water Act and Section 216 of the Clean Water Act.
Public review and comments are invited. Written comments will be accepted via email or through regular mail through June 22, 2019 and will be considered in developing the final Intended Use Plans.
The draft Intended Use Plans are available at https://dec.alaska.gov/water/technical-assistance-and-financing/state-revolving-fund/intended-use-plans/ and upon request.
