Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and performing all work on Project Nos. 000S714/Z634810000, 0002356/NFHWY00098 & 0640011/NFHWY00132 Fairbanks Area Signal Upgrades, Fairbanks Ramp Sight Distance Improvements & College Road Median Extension, described herein, will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, June 6, 2019, in the Office of the Contracts Engineer, Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska.

The project consists of performing signal modifications at multiple locations throughout the Fairbanks area. Work includes roadside hardware.

Reconstructing right turn ramps at multiple locations throughout the Fairbanks area to improve sight distance. Work includes roadside hardware, drainage improvements, intersection improvements, ADA improvements, and utilities.

Constructing new median on College Road from the Costco driveway to Illinois Street.  Work includes roadside hardware, drainage improvements, and intersection improvements.

Engineer's Estimate is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.

The project completion date is December 1, 2020.
