QUESTIONS PRIOR TO DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS: All questions must be in writing and directed to the procurement officer. The interested party must confirm telephone conversations in writing. The deadline for questions is May 7, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. Alaska Time.
DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS: Proposals must be received no later than 11:00 a.m. Alaska Time on May 14, 2019. Faxed, emailed or oral proposals will not be accepted.
