The Department of Health and Social Services, Division of Public Health, seeks proposals from eligible applicants to provide services through the Positive Youth Development Afterschool Program.

A pre-proposal teleconference will be held on Tuesday, March 26th beginning at 10:00 AM prevailing local time. Questions and answers from the teleconference will be published as an amendment to the solicitation.
