INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Mt. Edgecumbe High School Building 1330 Public Restroom Renovations – Phase II, Project Number RSA0550279, will be received before 2:00 p.m., April 3, 2019 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This state funded project will renovate the public restrooms in Building 1330 at the Mt. Edgecumbe High School campus in Sitka, AK. The base bid for the project includes renovation of the boy’s restroom 138, as shown in the plans and specifications. This scope includes re-partitioning the space to include a single stall ADA Toilet 137B. Additive Alternate One includes major renovations of the girls’ restroom 139, as shown in the plans and specifications.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $200,000 and $500,000. The Project substantial completion date will be August 15, 2019.
