The Department of Health and Social Services, Office of Children's Services, seeks proposals from eligible applicants to provide services through the Circles of Support Program.

A pre-proposal teleconference will be held on March 7, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.  Please call 1-800-315-6338 and enter access code 14279 when prompted to participate in this teleconference. We are strictly holding to the time allotted for this teleconference so please come prepared by reading the solicitation PRIOR to participation in this meeting.
