PUBLIC NOTICE
REGARDING DISPOSAL OF AN INTEREST IN MUNICIPAL TRUST LAND IN
MINTO, ALASKA BY THE MUNICIPAL LANDS TRUSTEE
In accordance with A.S. 44.33.755 and 3 AAC 190.460(4) the Municipal Land Trust Officer, acting on behalf of the Commissioner of the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development, is considering the granting of a deed for the following described parcel of Municipal Trust land to Mitchell Alexander and Mariah Wade as joint tenants for their personal residence:
The surface estate of that certain real property located in Section 27, Township 4 North, Range 9 West, Fairbanks Meridian, Alaska, within the Manley Hot Springs Recording District, containing 0.46 acres more or less, more particularly identified as Lot 13 Block 13 of Plat 2007-3 (see attached).
The Minto Village Council, the recognized Appropriate Village Entity for the village of Minto, adopted a resolution approving the granting of a quitclaim deed and the waiver of the fair market value requirement on January 8, 2019.
This notice is being posted and published in accordance with the requirements of 3 AAC 190.420 and .910.
The public is invited to comment on the proposed conveyance.
